Obesity is always associated in the offspring. In fact, obesity is more often caused by poor eating habits and lack of exercise. Eight simple tips hopefully useful to overcome.According F.G. Here Tips to Avoid Obesity:

1. Avoid  fried mealCook noodles in water, not fried. So also with rice. Serve rice boiled / steamed, not fried. Choosing meat also
better baked goods.2. Chew slowlyChew food slowly and try to enjoy a meal while in the mouth. Thus will lead to gastric satiety and help prevent overeating. The old advice still be followed, chew food at least 32 times before swallowing.3. Take a littleTake the first food as little as possible into your plate. Add little by little if still hungry. How this is done so that you do not feel compelled to spend food already on the plate.4. Leave the table when you're doneEncouraged to leave the dinner table after the finish and not proceed withchatting. This is done to avoid fraudulent or cravings and take food from there so do not feel the stomach becomes too full.5. Avoid sugar and high fatAvoid foods high in sugar and fat such as chocolate cake, pastries (pastries), animal fats, butter, full cream milk, offal, and others.6.
